in our network, who will actually request and receive your credit report.
2. We do not sell information about our customers, their accounts or transactions
to others outside our network for their use.
3. When we do share information it is limited to the information necessary
for the particular circumstance and only under strict controls to prevent
misuse.
4. Access to the information we obtain about you is restricted to only
those employees; affiliates and/or service providers who need to know
that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical,
electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with all state and federal
regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

to locate a participating affiliate who can evaluate your application
and continue the process of assisting you in obtaining credit.
2. Orlando Car Finance and Auto Loans may disclose information about you to the following
types of third parties: Orlando Car Finance and Auto Loans affiliates - auto dealerships or
other lenders in your region who may be able to assist you in the auto
loan application process.
3. Orlando Car Finance and Auto Loans does not knowingly offer its credit application to
minors.
